International Women’s Day

Gender inequality remains an issue, not only in Indonesia, but almost in every country in this world. That issue puts women prone to violence, trafficking, and abuse. A change should be made, this cause should be a chorus sang and heard by everyone. Congruent with the fifth Sustainable Development Goals, SCORA-SCORP CIMSA UNEJ commemorates International Women's Day and using it as a momentum to improve medical students' concern regarding women's right to participate in every aspect of life, whether it be in health, economy, education, or anything else and to empower every woman to take a role in the society, because we believe, no woman deserve being restricted due to their gender.

The campaign was held by taking personal pictures with hands tied with a rope, resembling the message of gender inequality nowadays. Pictures were taken then published through each Instagram account.
