CIMSA (Center for Indonesian Medical Students Activities) is a non-profit, non-government, and non-politic organization facilitating medical students of Indonesia who intend to make a great impact in nation’s health through activity-based projects.
CIMSA has 24 locals in all around Indonesia, one of them is located in Universitas Jember (UNEJ). CIMSA UNEJ is established as local on October 10th, 2016. And right now reaching almost two hundred medical students. CIMSA UNEJ is founded based on Standing Committees of CIMSA and International Federation of Medical Students’ Association (IFMSA).
CIMSA UNEJ has four standing committees, that works based on global health issues, SCORA for reproductive health including AIDS, SCOPH for Public Health, SCORP for human rights and peace, and SCOPE for medical students professional exchange.
CIMSA UNEJ as a vessel to enhance the potential of medical students of Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jember, in hope to create better health quality of the Karesidenan Basuki region through real actions in society.
To facilitate medical students of Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jember enhancing their potential to create future health professionals.
To organize activity-based programs that are creative, innovative, and impactful for society, especially in Karesidenan Basuki region.
To build connections between CIMSA UNEJ and CIMSA members from all over Indonesia.
